Physical fitness is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities. It consists five components of physical fitness; muscular strength; muscular endurance; cardiovascular endurance; flexibility; body fat composition. Problem statement: The main problem with physical fitness is the people do not know how to embark on a proper exercise regime. Research aim: This study concerned on challenging participants mind to match physical activity cards by challenging their body to successfully complete the exercise. Methodology: UiTM students (N=30; M age= 21.8 yr., SD= 1.5) were participated in this study. Participants were required to play an interactive game involving Passa memory card game. Set includes 1 Passa playing mat, 25 exercise cards, 10 guess cards and 1 pad to keep score. This game requires participants to throw the dice and move on based on the number of the dice then they performed the exercise that represent one of the five fitness components. Outcome: Participants showed improvement in understanding and performing the correct technique exercise for the five fitness components. Conclusion: Passa memory card game able to optimize physical fitness components education by memorizing and enhancing the knowledge of physical fitness. Game will improve the memory, while it improve participants body.
