This project proposes the e-CA Register, an innovative desktop digital record system designed to streamline CA registration data management at Maybank's Commercial Banking Center. Addressing issues like manual logbooks, labor-intensive processes, retrieval challenges, and data loss risks, this system aims to digitize and automate the workflow. Key benefits include improved accuracy, efficiency, and quick data retrieval, ultimately reducing human error and supporting Maybank's digital transformation in administrative processes.
