In Sabah, many IPTA students, particularly in Hospitality and Tourism, face challenges in confidently engaging with international tourists, impacting the quality of interactions. To tackle this, we propose a "BoostSpeak Hub" enabling students to volunteer as tourist guides. "BoostSpeak Hub" fosters a symbiotic system, where students, lacking confidence, lead tourists through local attractions, enhancing English pronunciation and communication skills. This innovative system barter sees students sharing destination knowledge, while tourists contribute to building self-esteem and refining language proficiency. "BoostSpeak Hub" facilitates structured interactions, promoting cultural exchange and language development. Students gain real-world experience, earning merits/points for active participation, addressing communication challenges, and contributing to Sabah's tourism enhancement. "BoostSpeak Hub" integrates technology, language learning, and cultural exchange, empowering students as confident communicators for a richer international tourist experience and personal development.
