This study aimed to develop and evaluate the effect of Modul LuBu LoKa on Year Four pupils’ achievement in Mathematics fractions. Using a Design and Development Research approach, three instruments were employed: needs analysis, module content evaluation, and pre- and post-tests. A total of 320 Mathematics teachers and 120 pupils participated. Results showed a strong need for the module (M=4.15, SD=0.72), high validity (0.89), and reliability (p<0.001, r=0.659). Significant improvements were found in pupils’ performance, confirming the module’s effectiveness. Thus, Modul LuBu LoKa is recommended for wider use among pupils struggling with fractions in Malaysian primary schools.
