Beams provides an e-scooter to facilitate customer mobility from one point to another, and it is one of the most popular e-scooters in Malaysia. The customer must download the apps from Google Play or Apple Store to use the e-scooter service. The fee charged is based on customer usage per minute. However, frequent customers face difficulty with fees as they are charged per minute of usage, which leads to inefficient costs for the user. Internet connectivity also disturbs apps, especially when the e-scooter passes through a poor internet coverage area. This idea aims to enhance the convenience of public transportation for students and the general population to increase accessibility and cost-effectiveness. The Unlimited Pass Beam is introduced to overcome the issue discussed above. The features of this Unlimited Pass include a wide range of internet coverage accessible via the GoRide website and apps, unlimited passes for frequent users, and three plan categories (daily, weekly, and monthly). The nine elements of the Business Model Canvas were also included in this idea.
