PRP66: DEFECTIVE CHILI DETECTOR AND FERTILIZER ROVER

NARENDRAN RAMASENDERAN ASIA PACIFIC UNIVERSITY

Terra Med Rover is an autonomous agricultural robot specifically designed for chili cultivation, integrating advanced computer vision technology with precision robotics to revolutionize crop management. The system excels in two primary functions: selective harvesting, where it autonomously identifies and precisely plucks ripe chilies while preserving surrounding plant structures through specialized end-effectors, and automated treatment application, which delivers targeted fertilizers and insecticides based on real-time plant analysis to optimize coverage while reducing chemical usage.
